In order to design and build its lightning protection installations using lightning conductors, Elexpert bases itself on the latest international and Moroccan standards in the field, notably the NM 06.1.050:2020 standard, equivalent to the NF C17-102:2011 standard.

The protection offered depends on the lead time, the location and the height in relation to the structure to be protected.
The lightning conductors with ignition device include a system of emission and generation of ions and electrons which allows to offer a wider protection area than all other types of solutions.
the insulated protection can also be realized by means of one or several lightning conductors with a triggering device (PDA) positioned on masts located near the area to be protected, or by using insulated high voltage conductors.
The Moroccan standard
NM 06.1.050:2020

) defines the test method to evaluate the advance to initiation and, consequently, the protection radius offered by this type of lightning conductor
