Preventive maintenance of MTBT substations and installations
Our maintenance work includes operational maintenance as well as all traceability, with the creation of technical files and the production of detailed reports at the end of the maintenance work.
Our maintenance services
Our preventive maintenance services relate to the supply of specialized manpower, necessary and sufficient to carry out, in accordance with the rules of the art, the preventive maintenance of electrical substations for MTBT delivery and transformation in industry and tertiary buildings.
- Verification of heating, clamping and heat distribution in transformers and electrical panels by infrared thermography.
- Measurement and verification of the loss rate, step by step of the reactive energy compensation batteries.
- taking a sample of dielectric oil from transformers for analysis
These operations are performed under power, before the cut-off date, during a period of normal operation of the equipment.
- Cleaning and dusting of HTA cells, transformers, generators and low voltage cabinets;
- Checking the operation of locks, protection relays, thermostats, etc.
- Lubrication of the mechanisms according to the manufacturers’ recommendations
- Checking the operation of switches, disconnectors and circuit breakers: manual opening and closing, electrical control, mechanical interlocking, locking/securing;
- Checking fuses (strikers, homogeneous colors), fuse holders and spare fuses;
- Checking the tightness (with a torque wrench) of the busbars, cable heads, links, etc. and tightening the electrical connections to the standard torque;
- Systematic control and replacement of charger batteries
- Checking the operation of the heating resistors;
- Replacement of the silica gel charge (transformers) if necessary
- Isolation measurement
- Measuring the resistance of the grounding wells
- Measurement of ground loops
- Touching up the paint
- Complete cleaning of the premises
- Control and securing of your high voltage station (Installation of PPE, locking systems and locks, LV cover)
- Transformer oil analysis according to 11 normative tests, including furan and dissolved gas analysis
- Treatment of the dielectric oil: the treatments to be carried out are determined following the analysis report and in consultation with the customer
- Elaboration of a detailed report, with photos and comments, including an action plan classified by degree of importance and urgency
