Energy and Productivity Management Systems for Industry
The state of the art in energy management for industry
Application areas
An integrated platform
The Power Studio Scada System is a complete energy management and facility monitoring solution that enables the highest level of energy efficiency, typically saving 10-20% of total energy consumed, while providing high levels of management and visibility to managers and analysts.
BENEFITS
- All-in-one solution: energy saving, sub-metering, installation monitoring, power quality control
- Data analysis and remote consulting
- Automatic report edition
- Alerts: anomaly detection, leak detection, energy efficiency ratio degradation
- Powerful cloud-based IoT platform
Application Types
Electrical Energy Management
Thermal energy management
Fluid management
Sub-counting
Facility monitoring
Process and production management
Preventive maintenance
The system integrates functionalities for managing energy consumption and costs, monitoring technical installations (electrical, mechanical, thermal and fluid) and controlling the quality of electrical energy (overvoltages, voltage dips and variations, interruptions, harmonics, flicker, etc.)
With a very attractive payback time (1.5 to 2 years), Power Studio Scada is the smartest choice for energy managers.
Energy saving potential with an EMS in industry by 2030 : +13.8%
Simple payback time: < 2 years

A complete architecture
Such a system is usually composed of meters divisional controllers, dataloggers and network analyzers that communicate with each other connected to a network industrial local (RS485 link with Modbus protocol or Ethernet network). This network is used to transmit over long distances all the counting information that is organized and saved in a database. This database is then used by a management software of energy to establish statistics, reports, relevant and periodic assessments… necessary for decision making and corrective actions.
