A very simple architecture
The system is based on one or more gateways, each of which can manage up to 32 sensors and measuring devices via the company’s intranet, an RS485 fieldbus or a LoRa wireless LAN.
The gateway is permanently connected to the Internet via a 3G/GPRS link through which it transmits the collected data to the data server located in the cloud.
All communications with the server are protected by a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
