For this type of application On-Line inverters (double conversion) are the best solution for this type of application, as they increase the
availability rate
of the IT infrastructure and offer several and offer several advantages and functionalities.

Two main families of On-Line double conversion inverters exist:

The inverters

for local servers, data centers and telecom. They offer a power from 1Kva to 250Kva, with single or three-phase output.

For critical applications, modular inverters

The inverters for IT and Telecom applications are characterized by their high compactness. They occupy very little floor space, unlike industrial inverters (which is a great advantage in tertiary buildings where space is at a premium), but are not as robust as the latter. They should be installed in clean rooms with low humidity and controlled temperature. They also generate few harmonic currents because their input rectifiers are almost all IGBT-based.
